It is required that you contact us by phone or email to discuss your desires and the availability to accommodate your intentions, so that we can best serve you. All Gaia's Garden Retreats incorporate the following service activities as part of your stay. Additional in house services can be arranged by reservation at time of booking. Yoga

Here at Gaia’s Garden Retreat we teach classes with an emphasis on proper form and alignment, breath to guide and initiate asana, intelligent sequencing, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation/ visualization, as well as the utilization of music and aromatherapy.

Hiking ​

Nothing provides the same level of intimate connection with the planet than that of a walk through nature. Bask in the beauty of earth’s living organisms and discover the oneness of all living things. Mother Nature has provided an intricate balance of life and sustainability for which we tend to overlook and take for granted. Enjoy the knowledge of being guided through one (or many) of the seven Appalachian trail hikes, or a simple walking path through natures magnificence. You determine your level of comfort and we will guide you to the challenge.

 

Swimming​

Swimming is not just a physical sport, it is a holistic embodiment of total well-being. Water, being a most fluid and relaxing element, soothes and comforts the body and mind. Enjoy the refreshing and relaxing waters of Gaias Garden’s in-ground pool. Swimming (or lounging) in the pool is available to all guests, weather permitting. Swimming is at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on premises.
